How to Use Your Existing Number (Without Porting)

If you already have an established business number printed on your van, business cards, or website, you don't have to lose it. You can route all calls from your existing number directly into Any Number Anywhere by setting up a Call Forward.

1Find Your New 'Any Number Anywhere' Number

Open your app, tap on Settings, and locate your newly assigned Any Number Anywhere phone number.

2Set Up the Forward (Choose Your Method)

Method A: The Settings Menu (Smartphones)

You can usually turn on forwarding directly from your phone's settings.

For Apple (iPhone)

  1. Open your iPhone Settings app.
  2. Scroll down and tap Phone.
  3. Tap Call Forwarding and toggle the switch to the ON position.
  4. Tap Forward To and enter your Any Number Anywhere number.
  5. Tap back to save.

Method B: The Universal Shortcode (Works on all phones)

If you cannot find the menus above, you can tell your network to forward the calls by dialing a quick code.

For UK Mobile Networks (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Sky)

  • To Turn ON: Open your phone app, dial *21* followed by your new Any Number Anywhere number, followed by #. Example: *21*07700900123#. Press Call.
  • To Turn OFF: Dial ##21# and press Call.
