How to Use Your Existing Number (Without Porting)
If you already have an established business number printed on your van, business cards, or website, you don't have to lose it. You can route all calls from your existing number directly into Any Number Anywhere by setting up a Call Forward.
1Find Your New 'Any Number Anywhere' Number
Open your app, tap on Settings, and locate your newly assigned Any Number Anywhere phone number.
2Set Up the Forward (Choose Your Method)
Method A: The Settings Menu (Smartphones)
You can usually turn on forwarding directly from your phone's settings.
For Apple (iPhone)
- Open your iPhone Settings app.
- Scroll down and tap Phone.
- Tap Call Forwarding and toggle the switch to the ON position.
- Tap Forward To and enter your Any Number Anywhere number.
- Tap back to save.

For Android (Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.)
Note: Menus can vary slightly depending on your phone's manufacturer.
- Open your standard Phone/Dialer app.
- Tap the three dots (menu) in the top right corner and select Settings.
- Look for Calling Accounts, Supplementary Services, or Call Settings.
- Tap Call Forwarding and select Voice calls.
- Tap Always forward and enter your Any Number Anywhere number.
- Tap Turn on or Enable.
Method B: The Universal Shortcode (Works on all phones)
If you cannot find the menus above, you can tell your network to forward the calls by dialing a quick code.
For UK Mobile Networks (EE, O2, Vodafone, Three, Sky)
- To Turn ON: Open your phone app, dial
*21*followed by your new Any Number Anywhere number, followed by#. Example:*21*07700900123#. Press Call. - To Turn OFF: Dial
##21#and press Call.
If you cannot find the menus above, you can tell your network to forward the calls by dialing a quick code.
For UK Landlines (BT, Virgin Media, Sky)
- To Turn ON: Pick up your handset, dial
*21*followed by your new Any Number Anywhere number, followed by#. - To Turn OFF: Dial
#21#.
